Andrew's Week 32

Andrew is 32 weeks old today. He is very busy, wanting to pull himself up and stand as much as possible. He has also mastered the step up from the living room into the kitchen. (The third time was the charm for figuring out a way to get down without falling.) He is also chattering and "blah blah blah"ing quite a bit, too. I swear he grew noticeably in size this past weekend!

I don't think I've updated on Andy's eating. He is eating very well and is up to two meals a day. We have added rice and oatmeal; plum, grapes, and watermelon; butternut squash, green beans, pumpkin, and parsnips; and beans, cinnamon, and olive oil.

In addition to the events on Dr. Seuss day, here are some other photos from this past week:

Happy Dr. Seuss Day!

To mark Dr. Seuss' birthday on March 2nd, we chose to go to one local open house and celebration. Matt and Andy wore matching "One Fish Two Fish" shirts and Cat in the Hat sweatshirts.

As a final bonus, here's a video of Andy "talking":

Andy has been doing this for a while. He moves his mouth, then says his version of "blah blah blah." He really seems to attempting to imitate us speaking. The funny thing is when I showed him this video he started moving his mouth, then talking back to it.

Andrew's Week 31

As of the end of last weekend Andy finally had both of his top front teeth come through.

Andy had a very quick doctor's visit on Monday for his flu booster shot, but he didn't get weighed and measured. Hopefully we can wait until his 9-month appointment for another doctor visit!
