A Busy June Day

We had a very busy day today having a lot of fun. Our moms club took an excursion to Castle Island, where we had a busy morning on the playground, beach, and along the fort. We also had a fun surprise at lunch.

Hanging out on the playground - For some reason Matt asks daily to go to the playground but is not all that interested in going on the playground equipment. He prefers to run around with his friends.

While we were eating lunch, a fire truck pulled up, and while the crew got lunch, one of the firefighters let the kids climb into the cab and pose for a photo. Needless to say, they all enjoyed that a lot, as you can see from Matt's face.
